ABBIAMO 12-Month Limited Warranty: Your Premium Guarantee

Your Abbiamo product is backed by Abbiamo Groups limited warranty for one year from the original purchase date. Our warranty covers any materials and manufacturing defects. Simply provide proof of purchase with your receipt.

During the warranty period, we cover 

-on watches: the watch movement, hands, and dial.

-on jewelry /accessories - any manufacturing defects.

If any covered component proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, we will repair it or provide a replacement, completely free of charge for both the component and labor.

While we strive to replace your watch with the same model, please understand that availability may vary. In the event that your model is unavailable, we will provide a watch of equal value and similar style. The warranty for the replacement watch will end one year from the date it is received.

However, please note that our warranty does not cover defects in the battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelets, chains discoloring, including plating. It also does not cover damage from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or aging. Additionally, water damage is not covered if care instructions for the product's water resistance level were not followed. To ensure eligibility, please only purchase products from Abbiamoshop.com.

To maintain the validity of the warranty, please be aware that damage caused by accident, negligence of unauthorized individuals, unauthorized service, or removal/altering of serial numbers, product date codes, or tracking marks will void the warranty.

At Abbiamo, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, in the event that any issues arise, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased items, at our sole discretion.

We advise you not to send the original packaging, as it will not be returned. To protect your watch during shipment, we highly recommend insuring your parcel and ensuring proper packaging. Please note that Abbiamo is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipment.
